Concert hosted by Angeles Chorale
Professor Oh Wi-young will be joining a concert with other performers on December 20th at 7pm in Glendale.
Master’s student Jang In-gyu won third place in the WPTA (World Piano Teachers Association) International Competition.
I would like to thank Jang In-gyu, who once again brought honor to our school after winning first place at the New York International Competition earlier this year. And congratulations to Professor Im Mi-kyung, who guided us!
Professor Kim Yu-mi participates in Lee Moon-sae’s album work
Dr. Kim Yu-mi, currently a professor at our school, participated in the production of ‘My Blues’ as a keyboard player in the production of singer Lee Moon-sae’s 17th album.
Professor Oh Wi-young of our school participated as a conductor in a hymn praise event hosted by the Southern California Presbyterian Council.
The choir festival will be held at the Naseong Korean Church on September 20th at 5:30 PM. Our school alumnus, conductor Sung-aie Oh, and professor Wi-young Oh, who is currently teaching the major subject, will conduct the choir.

DMA Student Lee Byeongkul, who is currently working as the music director and bandmaster for Hue Entertainment and Pechanga Resort Concerts, has reportedly become an artist for Sire, an American bass guitar manufacturer.

Professors Kim Yu-mi and Ken Song, our school’s professors, participated in the ‘Jung Dong-ha and Ali Concert in Texas’ as band players.
